Best sub (10 or 12") around $100 to handle 400W RMS?

shiva over pg ti 10". id take the shiva because of the warranty anyway. pg had some problems with the ti line and i found out the hard way.

A- bahn alum 10 is a topnotch 10" sub. It seems as though all u guys are more worried about the brand name rather than the subwoofers performance. Posted a thread about The alum10, nobody replied. People think audiobahn is a disease. Some of there subs ill wreck many. The alum 10 will wreck about any other ten. Unique SQ, **** loud, reaches lows that many twelve's cant even reach. anyway jus dont rule this sub out of your options. The older models of audiobahn had trouble with the glue, but now that all resolved. It 8o bucks as well.

Will it realy? Ive heard them and they remind me of comp vr's, so im preaty sure alot of subs will 'wreak' the alum10.

Also look at diamond audio M3s, adire audio koda 10s and contact djdilliodon about cdt hd1020s, hes autherized and will hook ya up.

id would look into the PG Ti and the shiva.....those would be my choices. Cant get much better than those for the price.

I have a pair of the Z series, but i haven't done much testing with them, but they have great sq with plenty of spl also. hmmm, there louder than the SE 10" i tested in differen't boxes. Probly close to my shocker SS 15" with SQ of a W3.

I want to thank everyone for their input. I was able to squeeze a little more money out of my wife to the extent that I got me an IDQ 12" v.2. I found someone who could get me one for $140 shipped. Given that I woulda ended up paying $20+ in s/h, that's really only $20 above what my budget would allow.
