    Alpine Type S

I've been trying to find some good feedback about the Alpine Type S subwoofer's, i've heard from some that they are pretty good, from other i heard they dont hit hard at all, i mean they are pretty cheap on ebay, im planning on setting up either one 12" Type S with a Alpine M350, or two 10" Type S with a M350, do you recommend getting them, 75 bucks on ebay, good deal? or am i better off with a Type R?

well sound quality is exactly what im looking for, i mean, i want bass, but not too much, and i want it to be clear bass, not like distorted.
