Blown Orion HCCA, thinking of building a beastly sub, need suggestions

Okay I have a blown hcca 15, it's a newer one. I'm not going to say hcca's are all that great, so in my mind shelling out 200 plus for a recone is silly. Now what it will do is attempt attaching that massive motor to something else

    So here is where I get lost....what should I make, a stout 12...a ridiculous 10....or a more conventional 18"

I'm thinking it would be good to make a smaller woofer with some testiez, because honestly I'm bout done with kicking 8 cubic foot enclosures in trunks. I wonder how bad a 10" would perform with a 400 oz plus motor behind it, I can't even say I've seen any 4" voice coil subs that were 10"

    What would you make?

    Ride: 2002 Infiniti I35
HU: Pioneer PRS-80 w/ a JL Audio Linedriver
Front Stage: Infinity ,Infinity KAPPA 6.09cs (front doors, rears need replacement)
Sub Stage: Sundown Audio Z.V4 18"
    Front Amp: Soundqubed 120.4
    Sub Amp: Soundqubed 2200.1
Power: Mechman 270A alt, Diehard advanced gold agm (775 CCA, 55ah) XS Power D3100, and something like 40' of stinger pro series zero gauge throughout

a 400+ oz paper weight. lol i don't know but a motor that big is wasted in my opinion on a 10. do a massive 12 or a nice 15.

i would do 12" plus because then you can have 10" spiders for the 4"
    coil

May I ask how their customer service is lacking? I've dealt with David (PSI) and also plagued Cory (SPLaudio) and I can NOT say ONE negative thing about either of them. PSI had A+++ customer service as far as I'm concerned... All of my questions were answered within a 24 hour time period. Sometimes less depending on when I sent the email. Both are very smart and will be extremely helpful when it comes to helping you build a subwoofer with your needs and demands.

Not downing them...it just took them quite along time to get back to me, I'm talking like 4 or five days, I assume they are busy
