    how can i fit 4 sa12's ???

ok my question is, can 4 sa 12's fit it the face of my box is 49x20. I think the outside gasket on a sa12 is 12 1/2 so side by side that would be 50 inches puls the 3/4 on wood on both sides. but since its 20 inches high can I stagger them and make them fit like the pic below

Microsoft paint will be your best bet to lay it all out

well this is what I came up with in paint. looks like it will work, just going to be tight. I ran the numbers through torres so the air space is dead on tuned to 34hz

how big is your port going to be, if your paint is to scale that's pretty small.

I just realized my port size is way off (not just in the drawing). I don't think I can build it that size and have enough room for the port

yea like buck said i would do subs up & port back, especially in a SUV. Sub up/ port back is a more proven design to yield better results in a SUV/hatch in most cases.. If your pressed for space try using a aeroport(s) instead of a slot port, it will save you some space.

    Re: how can i fit 4 sa12's ???

You can still run 2 cubes per and run 1000w a piece, mechanically they'll handle that, maybe not thermally all day long.

Does it have to be a flat baffle? I could whip up something for you with some angles to it pretty easily...

    Re: how can i fit 4 sa12's ???

Screw it I just did it anyway lol... 6 cubes net, 4" wide by 12.5" tall port 13.25" long (tuned to 34ish)

If you want me to show you another cube bigger it'd only take me 30 sec. One advantage of having SolidWorks at my disposal

Maybe but I don't really think so. You could invert the middle two, that'd be cool anyway. But it's still only if you don't want to go subs up port back. That's still going to be the easiest and probably loudest option

Send me a pm if you need more measurements
