Magnum D2 accept 8/10 gauge power cable as speaker wire?? Is it neccessary/better??

I was just wondering if the magnum will accept 8 gauge power wire as its speaker wire. Is ita good idea to use this low of gauge for it?Does it make a difference from 12 gauge? Thanks

I thought speaker and powere wires were two different type of systems. I too would like to know if they can be used.

Yeah ... you definitely don't need it.

Even though that Adam character used 8awg or something silly like that with his SX.

obviously i dont NEED it ... just thought it might lower resistance?? Not that it would make to much of a difference, maybe ill just go with 10. Plus, i think larger wire will just look killer on a huge sub like a magnum (clear wire with green light shining on the sub) ... thoughts??

its a 12. The clear wire is the clear translucent outside color so you can see the wire.Gives a clear/silver effect on the outside. i dont think the blu/silver wnould look good with green. And i think the green wire would look fugly with the d2's magnet.

4 guage as speaker wire? that's very unnecessary.
