    Icon33 sub selection advice needed

I was wondering what your pick would be for 2 single voice coil (4 ohm) 12" subs that will be bumpin happily with 300 watts a piece. I was thinking of going with the silver pioneers with the VCCS. Ikesound.com has them for like 60 bucks with free shipping. That is an incredible price and the subs are exactly 300 watts RMS. And I already have 1 15" of that sub and I like it. Anyways, what is your pick, or do you like the pioneer?

sorry, to be confusing, but you all can recomend any brand. The 15" pioneer will not be staying in there. The 2 12s will replace that. I just mentioned the 15 to say that i like pioneer.

It depends on how much you want to spend.

    Alpine type-r - Around $200 each
Infinity Kappa - About $200 each
    Infinity Reference - 2 for $150
JBL Grand Touring - $70 each
Kenwood eXcelon KFC - $180 each

    Just a short list.

All these have 300 watt rms recommendations along with the pioneers. Most of these are know to be SQ subs. So it all depends on what you want. If you want more of a SPL sub you could get some RF He2s at 400 watts RMS and leave room for amp improvment too.

I am not looking to spend very much. That is why I am very interested in the Pioneers. I can get them for 60 bucks each with now shipping. That is why i am asking you opinion of those. But, I am also asking for other recomendations because i know a lot of cheap sites and i might be able to find whatever somebody suggests cheap. But, i dont want to get anything too expensive like 200 dollar audiomobile subs or anything. I friggin work at Kroger, so i cant get too lavish here.

Go to ebay get yourslef a pair of kicker comps for 79 bucks buy it now and shipping and all the rest end up being a lil over 100 and will amaze you by the quality or get yourslef a pair of Jensens from wallmart not kidding either set up a pair and have yet to be beat by a piar of kicker comps, fosgate punch zs, or mtx 4000s and at 30 bucks a pop why not get 3 or 4.
