RE SE Pro 15" fix? Recone?

Might be buying an RE SE Pro 15" that the guy said doesn't work. Wondering if it would be fixed with a recone. Let me know if its worth buying for 140! Looking to buy it then fix it up and sell it again.

for $140, not worth it. $75 top if it has a basket and needs to be shipped. paying more than that, you can just buy a woofer.
