They look like the have been rebuilt so no real name for them but send them to splaudio and he will build them into whatever you want.

What everyone is saying is that we could likely help narrow down what motor those are, but from the look of them they have seen at least one recone if not a few.

Get better more clear pics of the motor and perhaps one of us could help you figure out what motor you have. We won't be able to tell you anything about the soft parts though.
