    2 500 rms subs or 1 1000 rms??

I have 2 Type R's right now, both 500 rms, but I'm looking to trade for a Type X 10 inch that is 1000 rms. Is it going to be pretty much the same? I just need more trunk space

won't be as loud since it will have less cone area....if you want the trunk space its a sacrifice to make. type X is nice though!

Keep the two subs, will perform much better, but if you need trunk space, the one ten,at prob 1.4 cu ft before displacement, should get you bye.Ported.Id throw everything I needed in the back seat, and forget about the trunk, or look into getting an xcab truck, and get away from the car scene
