Which 12" subs on a Crossfire cfa1000d with possible upgrade to Sundown sae1200d

I'm looking for mainly SPL for this application, with sound quality being secondary. No more than 2.5 cubes ported per sub. Here are the subs I'm interested in.

Does the IA Lethal Injection have 21mm or 24mm of xmax? And what is a recommended ported enclosure size and tuning frequency in a 1996 toyota corolla playing mostly rap with some other stuff mixed in?
