Are you looking at W7's new? If so what is the price range? They are pretty decent at SQ, but for the suggest MSRP on them much better can be had from companies like SSA, IA, and many others.

tis is really an open ended question ,since most subs you'll find guys running here will do just that ,but as far as the spl ,the enclosure has a bit to do with that as well.

I agree there, the SQ and SPL are greatly effected by the enclosure and overall installation and application.

Specific sub that is better than w7 12 in spl and cheaper with decent to good sound quality. Less than $400 was looking at t2's but i know there's better but im a noob. I know that box, setup, yada yada yada play a role but say that all of that is perfect.

Yes I understand that but you buy a 400 dollar 2000+ rms sub and then dont have any money left over your screwed cuz you wont even be able to afford to power it... I would look at the Fi Q 12 or 15 since you have that much space though
