The size of the driver has absolutely nothing to do with the sound pressure level created in a car.

Ok, I guess I didn't think before I posted... I should ask, how ******* huge of an enclosure would one of those take? The hole *** of the car would be squatted...

From what I know this is a basic TRF black top. I'm not too versed in the TRF or TSNS, honestly. I'm taking all information about them from the guy that built them. I personally put these on a scale, however and they were 87lbs each fully built. Typical TI 15" basket, OEM TSNS softs. Shipping weight was either 104 or 114 lbs boxed, don't remember.

I do not have a TSNS motor. Boy do I wish I did. Not to pick at these subs in any way. They have blown away every expectation I had of them and then had plenty more left in them.

The question was answered 3x in the first page. Might as well lock, because this train will never re-rail.

I can/will delete what is needed if that is required of course. I would much rather leave things how they are with out having to delete posts and offering more vacations then i already gave out today.

Now, lets get back on topic if we can.

Discuss the new woofer good/bad/indifferent what ever floats your boat.

Basing it only off what I have read on other forums about the sub and it's construction I would think around 2.25ft3(for a 12") net volume would be a starting point, but I'm not sure what type of soft parts are going to be used in production as I have not followed this very closely.
