I just picked up an old l7 15 dvc 4ohm. Just took it out of box and checked the coils w dmm. 1 coils reads 2.5 and the other reads 5.5. What does this mean?

They are frying up
So should I not use it? I got it for next 2 nothing so I can get it fixed
