Before you ask, stay away from capacitors and get yourself a 2nd batter. Speaking of, kind of battery are you running now?
You need better electrical. You can't expect your amp to put out as much power as you want if your electrical can't keep up with it. You'll have dimming lights, strain the alt, battery, etc. Your amp won't last long either, keep the voltage up.
Just cuz you go get a big amo doesnt mean your car can power it... What all do you have done to the car already? What money do you have to spend? How much space do you have exactly?Quote:

You shouldn't be wired straight from your alt, for starters... About the enclosure... if its some garbage, made in a factory, box.... Its gonna have to go.Quote:

You need to measure the space you are willing to lose to a box in order to figure out what size/amount of subs to properly run.
