    Guys, don't forget about wiring, deadener, etc., as well as electrical once you start talking about 2kW RMS. He's going to want atleast a big battery and the big 3, if not a second battery or alt. That would put him over his budget, so look for 1500W or less, big cone area, and efficient drivers. That's my recommendation.

    OP, go and take measurements, see how much space you have for a box. That will determine what size subs you can run.

    OP, you will more than likely still want to upgrade your battery under the hood. You may be ok, but it's definitely a good idea. Get a voltage meter, it's pretty invaluable IMO.

    yes thats another issue i didnt want my cars performance going down in anyway such as batterys dying and such! i wanted the best possible set up without killing my car or getting stuck on the side of the road lol

    you should be fine wit what i recommended ,only thing you may need is a big 3 kit which is $70 .you wont know about needing a better battery until its all installed .,i also have a new volt meter too.
