That's what Dragnix posted a little further up. We don't have experience with it, but if it really is made by ID, then could be worth it. I personally wouldn't though.

Btw, not sure if you're willing to play around with this, but some people have been having fun with this little baby. Definitely more towards SPL, but it'd be a good sub if you want to confuse your passengers into thinking you have 2 12s. And at a crazy discount.

Those would have lesser SQ than the 12" ID series right?

Yeah, it's intended to be louder by a long shot.

You never answered my question, btw. What music will you be listening to? Also is it compressed and what bitrate?

Keep in mind most of the Dayton subs are SVC 4 ohm which means you have to find an amp that will put out about 600W at 4 ohms (not necessarily cheap) to get the most out of it. Only the 12" has a DVC 4 ohm option. If you go Dayton, that's what I'd recommend.

I would say the majority of my musics rock but I listen to a variety hip hop, pop,and alt probably in that order of increasing to decreasing. And I mostly play music off my phone and it pretty-much all 192-320kb/s mp3

Ok, just making sure you're not a jazz nut. To get true SQ in those genres, you need some serious SQ subs. Either the ID or Dayton will be great choices. ID you might find used, Dayton most likely not.
