Why wont my sub work?

I have an mrx m100 and an swr 10d2. I just got it in the mail brand new. Ive used the jumpers and tried to hook it up according to the directions. Nothing works at all. This thing just wont move. What should i do?

Its new too. And i know it works cause the blue light comes on.

Few things to check.

Power connections

Ground connetions

Remote connections

RCA connections

Speaker wire connections

Amplifier settings

Then report back with your findings. Take pictures if you are not sure.

&& just because the light on the amp comes on doesn't mean it works.... and it could also be the protection light?

/curious as to how it's wired too.
