ID10 at 8 ohms bridged or 2 ohms parallel?

I tried searching for something a bit more exact, but I have a DVC 4 ohm ID10 that I will be wiring up to a Rockford P8004 (replacement for a DOA Quart 1200.1d received in a trade). I have one of the two options available to me:

1. Wire the sub to a final load of 2 ohms and connect to one of the amp channels (would receive 200WRMS by spec sheet)
2. Wire the sub in series to 8 ohms and run bridged off a pair of amp channels

Problem is I don't know what reasonable power I would be expecting at 8 ohms bridged. I know it's relatively efficient for the amp (more so than a 2-ohm load), but what kind of output would I reasonably be expecting? ID10 is in a relatively small sealed enclosure.

Advice on which avenue I should take to improve my output?

A little help with regard to specs on the amp:

Bridged at 4: 400Wx2
Stereo 2 ohms: 200x4
Stereo 4 ohms: 100x4

Any guesses as to what I'll be seeing at 8 ohms bridged?
