there has been a few people break a 50 with rear firing but very few and none in the 53s...

got 2 dd3512.s on a crescendo bc3500 @1ohm. very high140.s on music ...migght switch up and run @.5 this spring just to say ive hit 150

i liked your first post but this is mis-information. 2 loudest trunks i know of do not fire forward sealed off at the baffle. its very frequency and vehicle dependent and mic positioning comes into play.

It's all in the box. Best to mess around and find the best box orientation. Subs and port facing the cabin sealed off should be best.

I only hit 149.xx with 2 15"s and 7k. Wasn't the best idea to have the subs facing up and port towards the cabin. It was the only way I could have had the port though with that big of a box in my trunk.

It's not always the best idea to shove as much sub and power into your trunk as you can.
