Memphis M3 (Orange Basket)

Saw one of these in a pawn shop today and it was only $140 for a 15". Looked to be a Quad-1ohm sub (all coils read 1.5 on DMM). Surround was a little scratched in places but seemed to be a solid sub. Any thoughts on if its a decent sub or a good deal? Can't find much info on the sub online so I figured it's discontinued.

Looked like this but with 4 sets of terminals:

Talk em down and buy if coils are I. Good shape and check for mechanical noise

Surround seemed stiff and no mechanical noise (just moving the cone not powered). Top of coil is visible above motor and looked fine not really sure how to tell other than it not being black (was a light tan color).

if it works its worth the $140
