when a 2 10' and 1 12' are in a trunk

i am looking for good sound quality bass i understand that 2 10' have more punchier bass and that 1 12' would have more boomy bass well can the 2 be mixed and added in the trunk together? i hvae 2 12 rockford T1 right now but i am working on a rebuild for my lexus and idk what i want

Do not mix sub sizes! The punchier 10, boomier 12 thing is a myth, it is mostly dependent on the proper enclosure. What kind/size of box are they in now?

it's a custom box that i had a shop in colorado springs do and then box i thought was sealed but i recently blew a fuse so i had to take the panels that made it look pretty i had to take those out well it's ported and the port is firing up toward where the factory sub was and i don't think that it's an optimal spot for a port or am i wrong?

right on about the myth thing. a 40hz note is a 40hz note is a 40hz note no matter how big or small the woofer is. the difference is just how loud that 40hz note is played due to cone area and displacement (air it's moving). Then there is the whole thing about bigger woofers being heavy and reacts slower and blah blah blarhghfdisjhiokh

so should the box be redone? with the ports facing the trunk or should i split them up and put them on either sides of the amps in the middle? i need some ideas i have writers block of trunk ideas i thought about adding another T1500...one amp for one sub and then that other amp in the pic is a T400-4 and that is for the T165-S and they are in all 4 doors so i am really just in need of the trunk being redone

would it be ok to switch to one 12 T2 or 2 12 T2? or is 2 T2 too much?
