DC subs do like a lot of power! Could always build the box a lil bigger, then redo it when you get more power...

I know. I just found it amusing that you quoted exactly two thousand and fifty watts and didn't just say "2k"...
... Chief.

Looky here, someone actually gave you decent advice. If you are running lower power, just build a larger more efficient enclosure. Saves on your electrical but gives you the output like you had a larger amp.

Only problem is my size requirements, im pretty much at my largest as it is
Re: DC Level 5 15" on 2250w
When you break that LV5 get a Nightshade V3 recone to drop in that motor. Will outperform the OEM parts on that and be a good bit more durable.

Re: DC Level 5 15" on 2250w
I dont think ill be able to destroy a LVL5 any time soon. But will keep that in mind. Im just hoping the LVL5 is 'efficient' with low power
Re: DC Level 5 15" on 2250w
Should be fine. It will just be along time the break it in

Not with 5 spiders. Buy a motor and rebuild it with good softparts and soft suspension.
