    Looking to upgrade subs need your opinion

    I have a Digital Designs M2A with a 5 cubic feet birch box, 2 4" aeroports tuned to 32hz and looking to get a pair of 12's. Currently run a pair of RE SE but am looking for more output, specifically higher bass extension. I don't want to run 2.5" voice coil subs due to the abuse it will need to handle.

    looking to spend under $700 for the pair.



    sub amp: Digital Designs M3B
    speaker amp: US AMPS MD-43
    sub: Fi BTL N2 15"
    speakers: Morel Maximo 6.5
    electrical: Tenney Alt 270amp
    Deka Intimidator 9A34 batteries
    Marine Grade 1/0 + Big 4

    I can easily trim the aeroports if I need to tune higher but i don't think I need to build a new box as I can get a great response from subs due to the large airspace.
