I have a 18 sub rated for 3k daily in a 6 cu ft box at 32hz. Now I'm only putting around 1200 to it. Can I get by with a smaller box tuned higher.

I have a 18 sub rated for 3k daily in a 6 cu ft box at 32hz. Now I'm only putting around 1200 to it. Can I get by with a smaller box tuned higher.
bigger box = more efficient = better when you're underpowering the sub.
What sub do you have?
It's a mtx 9500 motor with a 18 basket and all psi soft parts
