Does running a 4 ohm DVC at 2 ohms change anything? spl or sq?

Does running a 4 ohm DVC at 2 ohms change anything? spl or sq? Or the amount of watts i should put into it from the amp? B/c i wanna run a single Kicker S15L7 at 2 ohms, with a JBL BP1200.1. Does anyone see any issues with this set up?

kicker gives the specifications at 4 ohms would it be different at 2ohm? Just to double check 1000w at 4 ohms is still 1000wats at 2 ohms?

stupid yes their is a difference in the sound when wired in different ohms. the L7 will sound better at 2@ohms, the higher the ohms the less the amp works, the lower the ohms the harder the amp works

I suppose if your amp can't handle a 2 ohm load 4 ohms would be better. . . but there is no difference otherwise
