    DVC sub off rear channels of headunit.

    Does it work ok, or is it just a waste of time.

    the signal may not be mono depending on the head unit.
    likely no low pass crossover..

    Hell my first setup had an EQ/amp that probably put out 200 watts to a pair of kicker comp copies...lulz that was back in '88.
