    New electrical system

    Im wondering if I would have to ugrade my electrical system if I were to purchase 2 15" xxx's or 2 15" D2's ?



    1990 Lincoln Town Car Signature Series
    Pioneer DEHP5500 Headunit
    8 JBL speakers
    2 Rear speakers powered by two JBL 85 watt amps
    Hifonics bx1500d amp
    Soon to come (15" XXX)

    Not if you just have the subs. Subs by themselves don't use any power at all. Now if you plan on running an amp to power them :p depends on how much power you push them with

    I want to give each 15 atleast 1500 a piece, and do you think 1500 watts is to much for a d2 ?
