    Please to this bumpin stuff...

    I just got a RF Punch X150.1 and a RFP 3412 HE sub.....I have a 2001 2 door Blazer and would like to make my own Box for the 12 but have no idea in what direction to far as sealed/ported/bandpass...etc.....anybody have any ideas as to what a good box would be...? Thanx in advance...<me>

    1-2001 Chevy Blazer
    Stock Radio, Batt, and Alternator
    1-Abc Box 5.?? cubes
    1-12" Fosgate HX2 DVC 2ohm
    1-Punch 360.2 amp =135.7 dB's

    Bandpass boxes tend to be a little louder than a ported or sealed enclosure. Considering that you have smaller amp, you may want to go with a bandpass box to get that little extra SPL. As for building it yourself, I would leave building a bandpass box to a pro, or buy a pre-made box.
