Alpine type r 12" or diamon d6 12"

Hello i am having some issues deciding on which one to go for ive heard great reviews and debates but i need your help and why you would choose that subwoofer thank you.

diamond d6 has a 3 inch coil and will take abuse pretty well,sound good and get descently loud as long as you port it.d6 over type r all day

to go even further,i abused my d6 off my zx1000.1 for over a year.clipped it a couple of times and smelled the glue.coil is still showing copper.im using it now for my home theater sub running off of a yamaha p3500s with a configuration to pull 1100 watts out of the amp and it sounds outstandingly well in a crappy box atm.

Why just those 2 choices?

D6 is a line up. A more reasonable comparison would be to the d3,
All in all the diamonds woulf probably do better.
I love my type arrr winter beaterr tho.

i have a type r already but a buddy of mine is selling me his d6 for 150 200 w/box so im like do i jus buy the box and keep my alpine or go all out and get the d6

Keep the d6 in there though.

D6 all day, more excursion, motor force, larger voice coil, more easy to have reconed if blown, less inductance aka better transient response or ability to sound musical. Need I say more?

ok my peoples any suggestion on a nice mono amp i should buy with the Diamond D6?????
