i have a 2000 firebird with 3 12w6 JL on a 1000st memphis amp, i want way more bass than that. the options are 2 12w7 on 2 1000st mempnis or go with one JL 13w7 on a 2400 watt mojo memphis amp . the question is what set up will get the most base out of. I see you guess here know yoru stuff so help me out thanks alot

how much bass are you looking for? decibel wise.

also is that a V-6 or formula, T/A? Doesnt make a difference im just curious

i wanna hit at least 150 on the scale. i want the loudest i can get out this car with out walling my car. i want no wall.

Well is your w6 ported? It sounds like you have no concern for SQ. It also seems that price is no barrier. You will not hit 150 with a w6 (I'm not saying its not possible, i'm saying this guy can't do it with the knowledge he has). With two W7's you could probably pull it off if they had enough power and were ported to the correct frequency.

as far as if its a v6 or not im putting a stage 2 grand national motor in it. I have 3 w6 in it now sealed box set at 1 ohms on 1 memphis st1000 amp rated at 1000. tell me is there a big difference in the 12w7 and the 13w7. money im not too worried about i jsut wanna set it off. i will get a bigger amp if needed i dont care but im going with memphis though. thanks for the imput guys as i have posted on here 6 12w6 for sell.

oh and like should the box have walls in them for each woofer or they all can share the same space?
