    Help me make a setup

    hey i want to get these kickers CVR12's 800watts each JUST wonder what kinda ported box and amp i should get.

    box made from chipped cardboard would be best
    any amp by Pyramid or if you have the money then Boss would be better.

    how many watts for the amp, plus im gunna put some kenwood speakers in they max at 240watts

    Boss CX12 12" Single 4 ohm Chaos Exxtreme Series Subwoofer (with 2 of these)

    Man with this setup u would be king of the block!

    cuz that guy is giving you sh..y advice.1st of all if you have to run those woofers get a good amp between 800- 1000 watts rms clean power and the woofers will last a while .pyramid and boss are flee market crap.... try a massive nano n2 amp,or sundown,audioque,or even an ab ,those are just a few great amps that will do nicely in your set up.as for box build yourself a ported one ,if you dont know how check around on here some one may be able to help.we're not really talking sh.t we are just trying to help you out so you dont spend your cash and end up with total junk, and be pissed

    wow, how the heck is he going to do that with those crappy subs? He needs the 5000 watt subs to be the king of the block.

    5000 watt boss subs with a huge magnet!!!!


    oh btw, those cvr's are only 400 watts rms each. For a good amp, you can try kicker, audioque, sundown.. etc.
    But tbh, i wouldnt spend too much on an amp for those subs.
