theres always the hifonics HIFI 12. like 35 bucks new run one ported and it will be niceeee. i have a pair on 400 watts only(waiting on an amp to come in) in a box that tuned to 33hz and they are surprising. each sub sees about 1.6 cubes.

hes going with the DCON 12. im thinking about just building the box for him lol. 2.25 cu ft and one 4" X 12" aero.. 32hz?

Closer to 13" after flares if you are using PSP flared aero's (if 2.25 is net volume). I recommend them. Parts Express and Madisound sells them, and here is a calculator:
