Just the badge on the cone. On the w7, it has the w7 logo. On the Fathom sub, it has the JL logo.
The adapter on the bottom is to help seal the sub into the box. (Fathom) The HT subs are sealed and sealed very tight.
And if you thought the w7's were $$$, go check out the $$$$ on the HT subs.....
