how much watts are XXX-18 Soundstream Subwoofer really is at rms ???

ok 18''Soundstream Quad 1.2-ohm XXX Series Competition Subwoofer say power Handling RMS 10,000. i just want to no before i buy one . is it true???

ok ok my bad. the answer to the question u are asking is yes. the soundstream xxx18 is good for 10k and up on burps but i dont think it will take 10k for long daily beating. maybe like 5-7k with correct gains and electrical setup.

But back to the original question, I have no (know?) idea. I just stumbled in here and decided to join the fun. On a more serious note, what do you have in mind for electrical to handle the Warhorse?

i have already a SOUNDSTREAM SCELL-1000 CAR AMP POWER CAPACITOR / BATTERY.. a Lanzar 100 Farad 12-16V Hybrid Double Car Capacitor.. i going to get a bigger alternator

that would be the best sub out there though besides like a lms ultra or a level 6 or somthing along those lines

drop the cash for a Z from DD :D


BTW sell your caps they don't work for what you want. Buy some batteries and an alt if you want to ever have any decent power.

i do not want my car too heavy. that why i going with the caps and one of them is batteries/CAPACITOR

Your theory is flawed and will not work. If you don't want the battery bank to supply current then sell the amp and go another direction.

still not going to work. you need to run ATLEAST 500 amps and extra batteries to support the warhorse.
