jl audio w3 vs dd audio 3515

Im wondering what would be better in the back of a cherokee laredo...2 jl audio 15" w3's or 2 dd audio 3515 15"? i've heard good things about both companies. the only difference that i can see is that dd audio is more power handling. practically double. im lookin for sq. would go in a ported box most likely. also what type of amp should i run?

the 3515 is louder in any ported box, by at least a db. If you intend to run ported, then you'll want the 3515, due to its durability, and output.

I used to run a Cadence A7hc (1400 watts) on my 3515's, and I'm now running a pair of Cadence z9000's (1600 watts for the pair). Look for an amp in the 800-1600 watt range...
