They are a lot better than most nut-huggers here will be willing to admit...

I'll put it to you this way...I'd own one. And I've owned a lot of really nice equipment myself, I don't buy crap.

It really all comes down to the price though...what you payin for it?

I ran 2 Pioneer Ts-w3002d4 on a rf t20001bd and loved it. I've sold them and I'm going w/four d2 on a Sundown 4500. They are nice IMO

    Re: Pioneer Ts-w3002d4 sub

I had two 12" TS-W2000SPL(they're the 1st-gen of the premier subs) ported in a VW Golf and I scored 148.8dB on an AC mic with just one 1000 watt Crossfire amp.

They were the best bang for the buck back in the day.

    Re: Pioneer Ts-w3002d4 sub

Quite sure someone here wouldn't agree with that, because nothing can beat the SA's lol. I've been wondering about those Pioneer subs also, as i have the Premier 2502spl 10'' (which is one hell of a sub) with 1200 wrms on each for the last 6 years.
