its definitely an older model elemental designs, but its too tough to tell from just the cone/cap which model. they made some really awesome subs during that time, including an sp series, which were incredibly loud and durable. they were comparable to the original 9500 series from dd at the time.

they were made by sja, i had a pair of 15" way back good subs. only prob they had was lead slap on a batch....
