i have heard sooooo many times 8" subs can NOT handle 1000rms + LMFAO
I put on
Fi Q 18 dual slug, has some 3/8 spacers iirc, 6 spoke basket, high excursion, 2 stiff spiders, 3" 4 layer aluminum dual 2actually its moving about 40mm but has allllllot more to go
refresh me what 18" i build for u again sorry memory fails me

next week will machine a plastic "gasket" so when i rev mount the sub it will have more support cause a 50lb 8" on the basket lip isnt a good idea...
