actually is another 1 gonna tare ur z down tomarrow. i was doing while waiting for glue to set up on a 18" i was building. wanted to check out my tooling and it worked as i pictured. hopeing to have urs tore down and aligned, rebuilt and on its way to you bout tuesday. i dont ship without glue fully curing on soft parts and motor has to sit for 24hrs shimmed for i move it.

chipmunk; got ur z tore down and basket cleaned. gonna have to grab a tap and chase the threads they are damaged from overtighting. which means you cant thread a screw back in...

other subs waiting for glue to dry so i put this together, ol american built motor with top plate bored out,2.5" coil and it wanted more power freeair but i only have 600rms on my bench. the gap is TIGHT .010" pole to former. good lil sub........

I can't wait to get this hooked up to something and playing...should be a huge difference compared to what I had before (burp sub being underpowered in a box that was tuned too low...i was still the loudest around though lulz)Quote:
