cheap system

i am wanting to install 2 10's in my old truck and i am trying to spend around 250$ for the amp and 2 speakers are legacy or pyramid amps any good? would a legacy 1200 watt amp sound good?<br />i was thinking of 2 pyramid hyper pro (fatboy) speakers would they sound good in a small sealed box????

ok First 250 isent alot of dough to work with but if i were you i would buy 2 rockford subs (even though i hat them because there price proves everything) and forget the legacy amp they soud like crap and they deffintly are not going to put out 1200 watts. figure it this way on the market for a good amp you spend about a dollor a watt now you telling me that that amp is 1200 dallors! hell no i dont even wanna know how much you got it for. common not to dis on you but price is everything. The best thing to do is to save your money a little bit and get somthing to be proud of and ditch the getto crap. Go for kicker, Eclipse, MB quarts, infinity, ect... you will be glad you did and your **** will last alot longer and you will save money in the end bro.

I am in agreement concerning the quality of Pyramid and Legacy products- not all that great.

With the ammount of money you have, your options are rather limited for the time being.

Ok man 250 isnt **** but i will work with you.Ok you guys can laugh but kiss my *** go with jensens new subs i have seen them outhit rockford they blew my 2 rockford punch 12 base fosgates away.All you would need would be two 12s that you can get at wallmart for 39.95 a pop altough i would go for jl jensen should be ok for your system but if you want some real boom one 12 jl w0 will blow those jensens away.They are 79 a pop and you can get a amp for around 100 dollars a rockford fosgate 120.2 should do it i would go with either one it all depends on wheather or not you mean mids,highs,head unit,box,wires and whatever else you need.Talk back.

Go with a sealed dual 10" and a good mono-amp, and you should be happy.
