Port or Sealed for Jl 12W6v2?

i think im gonna get a Jl 12W6v2 and i would like to know if it would be best to have it in sealed or to port it? I gonna try and have LoneRanger make it for me.

it all depends on the kind of sound that you want from your sub. you can make that sub work in either enclosure. what kind of bass are you looking for in your sub?

what would you recommend? i prefer sealed b/c i like the bass being tight. or is it more of a spl sub for a ported? i just want to bring out the best for the sub.

if you prefer as sealed enclosure, then go with a sealed one. the dub 6, like all JL's is focused towards SQ more so than SPL.
