Re: mY wIsH LiSt for X-mAs

You can even run more power to the sub if you want. Should be freaky with that amp anyways. Future add ons may be an amp for the speakers too. Concentrate on better speakers up front and a little fill in the rear. This allows you to put more money somewhere else.

Re: mY wIsH LiSt for X-mAs

I would ditch the momos and get 1 good set of fairly cheap componentss such as the crystals at sounddomain for like 135 and a decent amp to power them such as a us acoustics amp from www.thezeb.com should be able to get us acoustics 2 channel amp for around 100dollars from there so that removes the 220 for the polks and puts in around 235 for a good set of components and a amp for them! this would be a healthy upgrade IMO!!!

Re: mY wIsH LiSt for X-mAs

u will be **** happy with that setup. Dont use rear fill it willl be pointless if u have a nice component set up front powered by an amp. not powered by the head unit.

Re: mY wIsH LiSt for X-mAs

alright so what i understand is to drop the Polk speakers... and get a component set for the FRont of the car only?

just leave the back of the car stock speakers?

And get one U.S. acoustics USX MOSFET Power Amplifier: usx2100 with 100x2 @4ohm -300 watt rms total for 100$

Should i get that amp ?

Re: mY wIsH LiSt for X-mAs

ok but exactly what componets ? to match that amp... and dont compoents have separeted tweeters? So in a 95 civic wouldnt i have to do some drilling or something to find a place FOR the tweeterS? wouldnt that just be too much work?

Re: mY wIsH LiSt for X-mAs

    Alpine 9815 $334 http://store.yahoo.com/discountsonli...incdplco1.html
**that's if ur stuck on 9815**
personally, i would get the alpine 7995 for $298 there b/c it doesn't have an internal amplifier and you don't need an internal amplifier b/c your components would be amped. NO NEED for rear fill, with great components it's not needed.
    7995: http://store.yahoo.com/discountsonline/alcda7cdrec.html

    CDT HD CF62 6.5 components ($200) or CDT cl-61a ($150)
    US acoustics 2100 ($100)
    both at www.thezeb.com

Stereo integrity Magnum d2 ($300) you know where to find it
    tsunami db1100 ($220)
put the magnum in 2 cubes (after displacement) port it @30hz and you'lll be wangin and you'll sound GREAT.
$1050-1200 depending on which way you go. good luck, peace

Re: mY wIsH LiSt for X-mAs

so by no "rear fill' that means not changing rear speakers at all? wouldnt they not be able to compete wiht the compoents at loud volume... like it would be like 'CHHHHHHHH" lol or does that mean totally take them out ?
