I have the oppertunity to buy one of these for $50 canadian and was wondering if it would be worth it. Thanks for the help guys.

they are not bad. they wont be super loud, just some bass. nothing too deep. dont know how much is $50 canadian but i m pretty sure it's less than $50 dollars for sure so dat's a pretty good price. get one or 2 n see how u like them. u 'll end up changing subs in a few months anyways, we all do.

Yeah for 50CAN that is a good deal and they should sound pretty nice for that price! Right right at RMS to them they will sound good. Nothing spectacular but good and for that price you will like them fo sho!

that 1000w peak rating doesn't mean a D*** thing.

it's worth a shot for 50 bucks.

had a pair of 1220's with 400 watts each for my first setup sounded decent

Actually the Canadian dollar has been doing really well, all this year.. used to be just over $0.50 us, now it's much more significant, I believe.

Still a good deal though. ;)
