15" Punch HX2 in 1.9 cubes sealed.... Want louder... Ported?

Hey everybody.

I have 1 15" Punch HX2 in 1.9 cubes sealed, hooked to a Fosgate 1001BD at 2 ohm. I know it's a touch small. Setup in a Blazer.

Wondering if maybe I should port this, because I want it a little louder.

I would like to tune kinda low to keep alright SQ, what size port would give me like 29-32 Freq. response, hopefully round.

*** yeah u should port it, its a sin to put a rockford Hx2 in a sealed box. Give it like 3 cubes tuned to 30-34 hz.

Well does anyone know where I could order a box online or something, I might just go local, and I don't really wanna build another box, but maybe I will...


Can someone tell me what would be the BEST port for this 1.9 cube box, even if I just got port area and distance, I could port it myself, or maybe software that can tell me this

the box is kinda small for a 15 to be ported.you siad u had a blazer?? you should have beyond plenty of room for a bigger box. port it and wait for the ear bleed.

sheat!!!! looks like new box, okay if I build a box, with zero restrictions, and ported, what should I build it to? what size port and length tuned to somethin kinda low should I do, please a little help here, Thanks!
