    10" sub for a .56 cube box

the reason the box is so small is because it fits the back of my ranger which is very small. im looking for a sub that works well in these small boxes. oh and i also have polyfill on the inside.

Re: 10" sub for a .56 cube box

I think the Eclipse Aluminum and Titanium series both can go in very small boxes. I have a 12" Eclipse Titanium in a 1cuft box (and the sub displaces about .19cuft) so your looking at a 12" in a .80cuft enclosure, and that was the recomended size for a sealed enclosure. Maybe try an Eclipse 10" Aluminum.

    DECK - stock Acura-Bose Premium Sound w/ 6 CD-Changer
    SPEAKERS - 4 stock Bose & 2 stock 6x9's
    SUB - 12" Eclipse Titanium 9122
    AMP - US Acoustics USX-1000D
    EQ's - AudioControl Epicenter
    BOX - homemaid 1.7 cu. ft ported box @ 35hz (w/ neon & plexi)
WIRE - 4 gauge w/ distribution and power blocks - KnuKonceptz
DAMPENING - 50ft of Second Skin Damplifier
    CAR - 99 Acura 3.5 RL - V6 w/ 210hp - all stock
NEXT - replace anything Bose, add HU, add navi

Re: 10" sub for a .56 cube box

thanks guys, im really like the eclipse alum. do you think i should have a bigger amp than my 100 watt rms, 250 watt peak?? also mounting depth is important because my box is really short, i think i have a max of about 5 inches.
