    Fiberglass questions

When I am making a fiberglass mold of my floor or side wall to fit kick panels in... do i tape over everything and then put down a layer of resin, or should i put the matting down first and then apply the resin? any good resources for this stuff?

Once you tape everything. Coat the tape with car wax and let it dry. It will make removing the panels alot easier. I myself usually just wet the mat down then apply the mat to the tape. Make sure to use a roller to remove all the air bubbles. And above all else be patient and have fun
