    I've seen thoes for quite sometime...

    never impressed me sound wise



    I used to spend a lot of my free time here. It was fun I suppose. Still rocking the 9515 and Better Audio amp haha.

    i was looking in my local circuit city today and noticed they now carry audiobahn they werent that impresive except for the 2 they had in the dual ported box they sounded decent and got fairly loud, the other ones i listened to were like bottoming out or had tinsel slap one

    the flat piston drivers have been around for a while, if you want a flat piston sq driver, look into the awtc series I think 6.5 inch coil. very nice woofer

    there's quite a lot of "faltecone" drivers in the local market here. All inferior, all made in China.

    It's actually not bogus -- it's a 2.83v rating at 2 ohms, although most people wouldn't know that. The 2.83v rating is 1 watt to an 8 ohm load, but since it's a 2 ohm load you get 4x the power and a 6dB boost to the spec.

    It's 1 watt rating would be 87.2 dB.
