Making a sealed box, need some suggestions

I'm going to make a 3cuft sealed box,my 1.7cuft isn't cutting it because it's way too small for my 15" XXX
    1)should I use 3/4 or 1" mdf?
2)do I seal the box with liquid nails then screw the wood together after the liquid nails dries?
3)what should I brace it with?
4)how to you guys keep the wood at the corner in a 90 degrees angle?
sorry if there is so many questions but this is going to be my first box and I want to do it right.

    1. 3/4" is sufficient, if you can get the same airspace with 1", that's fine as well.

    2. The screws act as clamps ... so slap on the Liquid Nails, and put your screws in.

    3. I use 2x2's or 2x4's, just depends on what I have around the house. You can just screw two pieces of 1" together of you wanted.

    4. Well I use clamps and either clamp a square in each corner, or just use a square to check to make sure its good to go. Or you could measure from corner to corner to make sure you get the same measurment. If all of your cuts are correct, you should be fine. I'll usually screw the sides into the bottom and then the front and back, or vice versa ... seems to work out fine for me that way.

Measure twice, cut once ... yeah ... do it, it works.

Count your fingers. How many eyes can you see out of? Write the two numbers down. When you come back from building your box, ask yourself the two questions again, and write the two numbers down. You'll know if you've done something horribly wrong.
