    How do you tune a subwoofer box to a specific Hz?

    port volume i think so the length and width of the port tune it to certain hz.

    tuning a box is all in how long and how much area your ports are (Volume). When I just became new to car audio WinISD was a big help. Give it a try. http://www.linearteam.dk/ All you have to do is put in how many cubic feet your box is, what Hz you want and it will pretty much take care of the rest. give it a try.

    Box: Custom 3.3 Cubic foot ported
    Box tuned to 35 Hz
    In The Making: 5.1 cubic foot Box
    Ported to 28 Hz with
    Pluged Port (35 Hz)
