Isn't that Diamond sub 1000 watts max? if so then I hope its a SVC or you may fry it with that amp..600 watts at 4 ohms 1200 @ 1 &2 ohms.

Your friendly neighborhood subaru freak!
so what amp should i get for it. is the diamond m3 15" woofer a good choice though and if so what amp should i get to push it.
I'd look at Rockford Fosgate products like the Power HX2
why do you think that is better? also should i go two 12" or one 15" for my civic? give me your honest opinion on this.
2 12s have more overall area and they hit tighter
2 12inch type R's
crunch p4125(soon to be replaced)
sony xplod cdx-ca700x
hatchback dual chamber box
96 5speed firebird(not a great ride but for now I am perfectly happy)
apparently you haven't heard the diamonds.
put that 15 in a sealed box, and run that 1200.1.
you WILL NOT fry that ****. all diamond's speaker ratings are under rated.
for example, my internals are rated 50w rms, and I have about 200 running to them! They sound awesome cranked all the way up. And I mean ALL the way up. No distortion at all. That 15 would handle 1600 watts RMS.
Diamond subs are tight as hell too.
